All recipes were taken from Carnation's Recipe Search and adapted with whole milk, full fat yogurts, frozen fruit (instead of ice) and occassionally heavy whipping cream to increase calories even more. Final calorie content obtained from Calorie Count Recipe Analysis.
 
I mainly used the Milk Chocolate and Strawberry Sensation CIBE flavors because that's what I like but feel free to replace them with a flavor you like better!
 
If the smoothies are too thick for you, use fresh fruits instead of frozen fruits.
 
Add 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream to any of the recipes (except maybe those that already contain it) for an ADDITIONAL 155 calories!
